Recently, the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Mechanical Engineering Society jointly released the "Decision on Recognizing the 2020 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award Award Project", the "High-performance lightweight high-end large-scale rolling bearing key technology research and industrialization" project of ZWZ won the first prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award.
The market application prospects of high-performance, lightweight and large-scale rolling bearings are broad, and the market demand is urgent. "High-performance, lightweight high-end large-scale key technology research and industrialization of rolling bearings" is a self-selected innovation project of ZWZ, which mainly targets typical model objects such as large-scale vertical mill roller bearings, large-scale mine electric wheel bearings, and high-power wind turbine main bearings. Carry out systematic research on high-end bearing design, manufacture, inspection and use technology, reduce bearing weight, improve bearing reliability, reduce bearing noise (vibration), reduce bearing friction and heat, so that the bearing has a lower operating temperature and lower running energy consumption, better lubrication characteristics and longer service life. The project has realized design technology innovation, material technology innovation, testing technology innovation and manufacturing technology innovation.
In addition, ZWZ's "4.0MW wind power gearbox full range of bearing technology research and development and application" project, "large-megawatt new wind power pitch bearing research and development and application with unloading function" project, comprehensively broke through the 4.0MW and the above wind turbines. The key technology of speed-increasing box bearing and the key technology of supporting bearing of 3.0MW. These two projects won the second and third prizes of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Progress Award.
The China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award is jointly established by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Mechanical Engineering Society, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and recognized by the National Science and Technology Award Office, and is a comprehensive award for the national machinery industry. The award is reviewed and rewarded once a year. There are 370 award-winning projects in 2020, including 38 first prizes.
