Recently, the Inspection and Testing Center of ZWZ successfully passed the review of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment and again obtained the CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate.
The ISO/IEC17025 international standard was updated in 2018. This audit is conducted in accordance with all the elements of the accreditation criteria after the update. The key audit content includes: the assessment of the capabilities of the inspectors, the allocation and management of resources such as laboratory equipment and facilities , laboratory process quality management and control, evaluation of laboratory standard adoption methods, laboratory management system requirements, etc. According to the requirements of the new accreditation criteria, the inspection and testing center re-writes the laboratory management system documents, including laboratory quality manuals, laboratory procedures documents and laboratory three-level management documents.
The Inspection and Testing Center of ZWZ obtained the CNAS National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate for the first time in 2004, and was the first manufacturing enterprise in China's bearing industry to receive this honor. Since the laboratory passed the accreditation, ZWZ has successively invested a large amount of money to continuously improve the testing level and testing capabilities of the inspection and testing center through continuous improvement, to strengthen management and optimize the allocation of resources. The area of the laboratory has increased from 1,800 square meters at the beginning of the accreditation to about 10,000 square meters at present, and the testing capacity has expanded from the ability to test bearings with an outer diameter of less than 120mm to the current ability to test bearings with an outer diameter of 1.4m.
The inspection and testing center passed the review of CNAS National Laboratory again, which is a further recognition of the inspection and testing capabilities and technical management level of ZWZ, and provides continuous technical support for the Company's high-quality development.
