Recently, China Huaneng successfully finished the development of the first domestic 5MW offshore wind turbine CSSC H171-5MW unit. As a joint development colleague, ZWZ developed a total of 10 types of gear box full range of matching bearings.
ZWZ took the lead in independently developing a full range of bearings for wind turbine gearboxes in China, filling the domestic gap, and leading the formulation of wind turbine gearbox bearings. Based on many years of experience in gearbox bearing design, ZWZ has optimized and improved the bearing design according to the working conditions and possible failure modes of the bearings in each part of the gearbox. At the same time, the overall design plan has been simulated and analyzed. Series of products have been successfully produced and delivered to customers.
It is understood that CSSC H171-5MW offshore wind turbine has a localization rate of 100% for primary components and a complete machine localization rate of over 95%. Hoisting and grid-connected power generation will be completed in the Huaneng Rudong Offshore Wind Power Project in the near future.
